All bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation phone call from us. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and there is enough space for us to work. Access to power and water is necessary unless alternative has been arranged prior to booking date.
Prices are based on standard vehicle conditions. Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, mould, or excessive dirt may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before starting.
Payment is due on completion unless pre-arranged. We accept card, cash, bank transfer, and Afterpay (via NAB eftpos terminal).
In the event of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety and service quality. We will notify you promptly.
If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know on the day and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Service Structure Policy: All add-on services and upgrade packages must be booked alongside either a Dynasty Signature Detail or a Dynasty Return Detail. We do not offer add-ons as standalone services. The Dynasty Return Detail is available only to clients whose vehicle has been previously detailed by us and has not been serviced elsewhere since.
